Octavo, Original gilt lettered red cloth. Cloth boards have some light soil and minor stains. Top edge of all three volumes a little dirty. Old price inside on front free endpaper of each volume. The first volume is the 4th edition and was published 1886. The second volume is the third edition and was published 1889. The third volume is the first edition and was published 1879. All volumes have black coated end-papers. Nice solid set.
