Octavo, 527pp., Gilt green cloth. Top edge is gilt. Hinges starting to crack, but otherwise nice. This was Gertrude Traubel's copy, with her signature on the front free end paper. She was the daughter of Horace Traubel, Whitman's chief biographer. Interesting association copy. Old book plate of another owner on front pastedown.

Octavo, 45pp., Bound in burlap covered boards with mounted photo on front cover. One of just 1100 copies. Slipcase worn and chipped. Walt Whitman lived in Camden, New Jersey for the last 19 years of his life,from 1873 to 1892. This is a attractive tribute to the poet with a selection of his prose writings : "A great printing house in Camden reissues with pride some of Walt's pieces about the town-how that would have pleased the old boy."
